The Hauck Y-Spindle set allows for the secure installation of Hauck pressure-fit safety gates onto round stair railings with a diameter of up to 10 cm. These adapters replace the gate’s standard adjusting screws, ensuring a firm and slip-resistant hold. The Y spindles are compatible with Hauck safety gates, including Open N Stop 2, Open N Stop KD, and Stop N Safe 2. Installation is simple and leaves no damage, making it ideal for rental properties. They are also compatible with Hauck gate extensions (9cm and 21cm) for increased flexibility. Please note that Y spindles can only be used on one side of the gate, while the other side must be securely fastened to a stable surface.
